Dissertation title: Sleep Disorders in children. Diagnostics of sleep disorders. Parent instructions

    Abstract:
The sleep training Mini-KiSS was developed at the university of Tübingen, Germany, by PD Dr. Angelika Schlarb. It is a group therapy program for parents of infants aged 6 months to 5 years suffering of sleep difficulties. Mini-KiSS is based on cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy. There are six sessions in which parents receive general information on childish sleep, learn to understand the reasons for sleeping problems and are given individual support in order to improve the sleep behavior of their children.
