Employment Stories

Within the Adult Education Academy 2019 ten colleagues from the field of adult and continuing education were asked several questions to their professional pathway, such as what higher education degree do they have before becoming an adult educator, what jobs did they have, what knowledge and skills did they developed throughout life, that was relevant for the job they have as adult educators. If you are interested in the answers, please watch the videos of the interviews or read the transcripts of the interviews. Both you can find below.

Please note the diversity of educational paths followed, previous jobs achieved, learning developed before becoming adult educators as well as transversal knowledge and skills stressed of the wide variety of jobs these people hold.
