The Equal Opportunities Commission comprises of one representative of each of the Faculty’s Institutes plus one representative of the management team. When making appointments to the Commission, preferential consideration should be given to women. The Faculty’s professorial and non-professorial academic staff are equally represented on the Commission. The members of the Commission are elected at the Faculty Board’s proposal. Their term of office is the same as that of the Faculty Board and the Women’s Representative.
The Equal Opportunities Commission presents its recommendations to the Faculty Board, which then votes on them.
The current Women’s Representative has been in office since 1 October 2017.
