How does parental leave affect the income of mothers and fathers with PhDs? A research team at the University of Würzburg investigated this question in cooperation with the German Center for Higher Education Research and Science Studies.

The supplementary degree programme leading to the Professional Skills Certificate consists of 20 ECTS credits, which you can earn over a period of four semesters. You will take one module worth 5 ECTS credits per semester. The certification programme can be started in either the summer or winter semester. The application deadline for the 2025/26 winter semester is 15 September.
